As we begin the event, Participants will first present their ideas to the jury using a powerpoint presentation, outlining their vision, problem statement, and proposed solution. This round focuses on the clarity, creativity, and potential impact of the concept.
The participants are expected to showcase a prototype that is at least 50% complete. The jury will evaluate the progress, functionality, and feasibility, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
In the final round, Participants will present their final solutions, incorporating the changes and improvements recommended by the jury in Round 2, highlighting the completeness, functionality, and overall impact of their work.

Here, we outline the key rules and regulations that every participant must follow from registration to the event's conclusion. Please read this section carefully to gain a clear and concise understanding of the guidelines designed to ensure a seamless and equitable competition for all participants.
All team members must be from the same college; inter-college teams are not permitted. However, teams consisting of members from different branches within the same college or institute are encouraged.
Each team must choose a unique name during registration which cannot be changed once submitted.
Each team must consist of a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 6 members, including the team leader. Additionally, at least one team member must be female.
The hackathon is open to students, professionals, and tech enthusiasts from both technical and non-technical backgrounds, representing any institute.
For the software edition of the hackathon, the majority of team members must have strong programming skills, as it focuses on digital product development.
For the hardware edition, we encourage multi-disciplinary teams, allowing a diverse mix of members such as Mechanical Engineers, Electronic Engineers, Product Designers, Programmers, and more.
Each team is required to work on only one problem statement throughout the competition.
Only one member from each team is required to complete the registration on behalf of the entire team. The registration fee is INR 200/- per participant.
