The program is based on a common foundation in the first year, diverging into various disciplines of design from Year 2 onwards. The foundation year, which is the First Year of the course, prepares students for a well-equipped progression into different pathways of design. The programme helps in developing design perception, understanding and acquainting them to different design environments. The idea of having a common Foundation is to make students aware of and learn about various facets of design and its applications. Foundation course will have modules related to design overview, design drawing, fundamentals of design in terms of color, geometry, material exploration, forms and various theories and methods of design.
Fashion Design Admission Process
All interested students looking for admission to 4 years Bachelor of Design programme in (Industrial design/Fashion design/Communication design) are required to fill in the online application form and upload their portfolio (max size 20MB, in pdf format).

Step 3. Upload your portfolio in pdf format (max. size 20 MB)
Step 4. Complete the payment requirements.
On successful completion of the process an email intimation will be send to your email id.
All the submitted portfolios will be reviewed by the panel members and decision in connection to admission will be intimated to the students through email.
Please note keeping in view the ongoing pandemic of COVID 19 and the constraints of available online resources from the end of applicants, this process of selection is adopted and decision will be made on the basis of the submitted portfolio.
