The Internal Complaints committee (ICC) is established to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all the members of Indus University. It is responsible for addressing complaints related to sexual harassment, discrimination, and other forms of misconduct within the university premises. The primary objective of the ICC is to create a conducive environment that promotes gender equality, prevents harassment, and handles complaints impartially and confidentially.

The Staff Welfare and Grievance Committee, aimed at addressing and resolving any concerns or grievances raised by our valued staff members.
The committee’s primary objective is to provide a fair and impartial platform for employees to voice their grievances and ensure that these matters are resolved in a timely and effective manner. We believe that fostering a positive and respectful work environment is essential for our organization’s success, and the committee will play a pivotal role in achieving this goal.
The committee shall be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and addressing staff grievances related to workplace conditions, interpersonal conflicts, organizational policies, and any other relevant matters. All the decisions and proceedings of the committee will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

With a view to keep the motto for strong linkages and collaboration between the industries across the country for promotion of industrial research and development activities, trainings and other joint initiatives, Indus University has started Institution Industry Cell (IIC)
The Institution Industry Cell (IIC) will facilitate the activities of to utilize the industry CSR activities, exchange of innovative ideas among the students, faculty and industry, student placements student internships, industrial visits, arranging guest lecture for student community on the recent trends, etc. The cell will coordinate the alumni network for the growth of Institute and student's community and will connect with our alumni in various aspects such as research collaborations, arrangement of alumni lectures by distinguished achievers and knowledge sharing sessions.

The IAC will provide a platform for both the students as well as faculty members to be aware of industry expectations of skill sets required for students. This enables students to be aware of the lacunae in their skills and provides an opportunity to upgrade them.
