Indus University has an autonomous vertical - Training & Placement Department (T & P Dept.) - that connects two vital ends: education and the industry. The Deeksharambh-- Induction and Student Empowerment Program 2024 for the incoming BBA and B.Com students was successfully held on June 29, 2024, at Indus Institute of Management Studies (IIMS), Indus University. Distinguished dignitaries including Executive President Prof. Dr. Sandeep Chakravorty, Executive Vice President Dr. Ved Vyas Dwivedi, Registrar Dr. R.K. Singh, Deputy Registrar Dr. Suketu Jani, and HOD IIMS, Dr. Umang Patdiwala graced the occasion with their presence. The event commenced with a solemn Lamp Lighting Ceremony and Saraswati Vandana, symbolizing the auspicious beginning of the academic journey for our new students. This was followed by an inspiring Motivational Talk delivered by Dr. Gaurav Arora, Founder & CEO of Enhance Hospitality, aimed at guiding and motivating the students towards their academic and professional goals.
