Indus University has always believed in promoting values and doing social activities to uplift the society. Standing firm on this credence through the joy-of-giving program organized recently, the university distributed essential food items such as grains, pulses, flour, and cooking oil to ground staff- members of the varsity on 19^th May 2021 as a relief assistance, in order to support the underprivileged community during this unprecedented time of adversity.

The event was graced by Prof. (Dr.) V. K. Srivastava, Hon’ble Executive President (Vice Chancellor) Indus University, Dr. R. K. Singh, Registrar, Indus University, Dr. Sandeep Chakravorty, Dean Academics, Indus University and Prof. Dr-Ing Anupam Kumar Singh, Director, IITE, Indus University.

This initiative was mainly aimed to give back to the valued community, who has been serving the university for many years. Through such periodic donations, the university engages in philanthropic causes for the welfare of the penurious.
