“International Conference of Academic Institutions“ was organized on 5th and 6th January 2022 at Vigyan Bhavan, Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat in coordination with the Ministry of Education, Government of India, and globally renowned universities under the aegis of Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2022.

ICAI 2022 Endeavors provided a platform to academicians, researchers, and students across the world to deliberate on diverse perspectives of the NEP – 2020 (National Education Policy) and its role in transforming higher and technical education.

Honorable Vice-chancellor and Executive President of Indus University Dr. Prof. V. K. Srivastava laid the foundations of a strategic partnership with foreign universities in the areas of Education Process, Research Activities, Faculty & Student Exchange, Knowledge Transfer, and Capacity building of the Indus University.  Indus University’s stall was open for all coming from academic institutions, research organizations, professionals, educational experts, and foreign students. It was so mollifying to have many visitors at the stall including foreign students as well from Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia who visited the education exhibition.

Shri S.J Haider, Principal Secretary of the Climate Change Department and many renowned Vice-Chancellors including Advisor to PM, Shri Amit Khare visited Indus University’s stall for sharing the knowledge and expertise. He also pointed and encouraged us to build strategic partnerships with foregin universities that will definitely act as a catalyst for improving the overall quality of education and developing the skill-sets for us. Our team had meetings with foreign delegations of Norway, Australia, Africa, and the United States which will help position Indus University by promoting long-term sustainable partnerships with Foreign Universities in the areas of Education Process, Research Activities, Faculty & Student Exchange, and Knowledge transfer.

It is a matter of great pride to witness our honorable Vice-chancellor and Executive President Dr Prof V. K. Srivastava to get designated as a chairperson who shared the dais with the dignitaries and being assigned by the National Board of Accreditation (NAAC) a charge to conduct a considerate session while focusing on the holistic development of students by ensuring access, relevance, equity, quality, and strong foundational learning.

Our participation in Vibrant Gujarat involved distinct strategies including a high standard of education, augmentation of research activities by strengthening international research networks, cooperation with international society, infrastructure development to promote the formulation of a long-term internalization plan.

This event provided us with a platform to showcase the strengths and exemplary contributions of our institutes in the field of education and skills. International Conference of Academic Institutions under the aegis of Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2022 ended with a valedictory function in the presence of ministers of Gujarat and our Honorable Vice-chancellor Dr. Prof. V.K Srivastava with a hope of strengthening the relationship between academia, industry, and students.
