Heat Exchangers are the most important part of various process industries.In many applications the performance of this exchangers become the key role in overall effectiveness of energy conversion.Keeping this thing in mind we focus our efforts to encourage students to gain knowledge in heat exchanger Design. A two days Workshop session is held on 7th and 8th of Feb.by Prof. Gaurav Patel and Prof. Krunal Parikh. On the first day students came across basic concepts and Design procedure of Gasket Heat exchanger, subsequently followed by shell and tube heat exchanger design procedure on second day. Students have participated with interest and enthusiasm and they enjoyed learning.
