Building a Startup/Company is inherently an important task which involves` promotion, formation and incorporation of rules and regulations as per company act, and matters related therewith including choice of type of company, availability of name, drafting of Memorandum and Articles of Association and other documents, their stamping and registration with the Registrar of Companies.  
 
Indus Center for Startup Incubation and Innovation (ICSII) the flagship center of Indus University with a vision to make our students understand the process of registration of startups under company registration act of 2013 of Govt. of India is conducting an ICSII Entrepreneurship Talk-4 on “Science and Art of Startup Registration Process, Benefits & Documentation ” by speakers from renowned firm Raval Mistry and Associates on 12th December 2020 | 10: 00 AM.
 
About Speaker Mr. Nikunj Raval and Mr. Pradip Mistry:
Mr. Pradip Mistry is having experience of more than 15 years in Banking and 25 years of experience in a Multinational Company as a Legal Head and Company Secretary. Mr. Nikunj Raval has experience of more than 17 years in Banking and 25 years of experience as a Practicing Company Secretary. Raval Mistry & Associates is a firm of Company Secretaries registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having clients throughout India and also clients based in USA, Germany and Thailand. The firm is a combination of knowledge and experience of its partners.
