On the joyful festival of Makarsankranti, a “KITE FESTIVAL” was organised by EC Students Association (E-Sync) at the college campus on 12^th of January 2019. The sky was filled with kites of different colours and the voices of the audience who enjoyed cutting kites prowled through the atmosphere, making it very pleasant. And being Gujaratis, how can one forget the ‘chikki’ & ‘Laddu’ which brought a delightful taste, bringing in more fun. The students as well as the faculties from all the departments participated very enthusiastically, making the event very colourful.

The thought behind organising such event was a noble cause. Along with the Kite Flying event, a charity event was also organised on the same day. The students collected winter wear and distributed among the poor and needy people.
