Department of Automobile engineering, Indus University is organizing a national level Mechfest workshop and competition series based on Smart Automotives with Techkriti IIT Kanpur associated with EISystems Services, which is scheduled on 5th Nov & 6th Nov 2015. Indus University is now a zonal centre for Mechfest workshop under Techkriti’16 IIT Kanpur Outreach Program in association with EISystems Services. The aim of this workshop is to expose students to latest trends in Automotive Systems and provide them hands-on to develop their interests and encourage innovation in Automobile

After conduction of Zonal Rounds (Workshop & Competition) in various colleges across india, an event will be held on the topics related to the workshop, shortlisted participants will participate in Final Round going to be held at IIT Kanpur in March 2016. The winner of the event will get prizes from title sponsors and event promoters “EISystems” and lot of other gifts.
