Research and Applications Perspectives

on Machine Learning implications for Security Analytics

The Department of Computer Engineering organized GUJCOST sponsored Three days online Workshop on “Research and applications Perspectives on Machine Learning Implications for Security Analytics” for faculties, students, industrialists, and research scholars from 04th February – 6th February 2021.

Total 50+ students, faculties, and industrialists have registered from different institutions across India. 

The program was begun at 10:00 AM with a welcome address by Dr. Seema Mahajan, Head, CE department. Followed by Opening Remarks, Prof Dr-Ing. Anupam Kumar Singh, Director IITE had motivated students to participate in such activities and motivated for innovative works. The Chief Guest of the Inaugural Session Dr. Priyanka Sharma, Professor & Dean Rashtriya Raksha University had also addressed and appraised the students for their active participation in the event.

The Inaugural Session was ended with the Vote of Thanks by Mr. Hiren Mer, Assistant Professor, CE department. 

There were two sessions in each day

Session 1: 10 am to 12 noon | Session 2: 2 pm to 4 pm

The Workshop aims to introduce fundamentals of Network Security with Machine Learning, attack classification, and Applications in various projects to Participates. At the end of the session, participants can develop various applications like Network security classification, WSN security, and Machine Learning.

Experts were invited from various industries and academic institutions. The Workshop was widely appreciated by all participants and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
