Clinical Research is a branch of health care science that determines the safety and effectiveness (efficacy) of medications, devices, diagnostic products and treatment regimens intended for human use. These may be used for prevention, treatment, diagnosis or for relieving symptoms of a disease.

The main Objective of this department is to develop experts/skilled professionals to handle large clinical data with correct spatial orientation of Clinical Research. The course will help participants to acquire a basic understanding of the concepts and practices of clinical Trial phases, reporting, and Documentation & Regulatory approval process.

Clinical-research professionals’ interests can be represented clearly for ensuring Indian clinical ethics as per international standards.  Clinical research refers to all research carried out on humans. It focuses on improving knowledge of diseases, developing diagnostic methods and new treatments or medical devices to ensure better patient care. It is very framed and respects a precise study protocol and is only realized under certain conditions.
