One Day Workshop on

“Cyber Security: Social Media Crimes and Investigation”

Cyber Security: Social media Crimes and Investigation workshop for the students of CE, CSE, IT (SEM 1, 3, 5 & 7) and faculties of various colleges was held on 30th October 2020 at 10:45 am, in online google meet platform. Total of 95 candidates registered for the said workshop.

The program has begun at 10:45 AM with a welcome address by a student of 5th semester CE. As a tradition, the address was followed by Saraswati Vandana.

Dr-Ing Anupam Kumar Singh, Director ITE congratulate all participants and welcome all expert. The Head of the Department Computer Engineering Department- Dr. Seema Mahajan, motivated and appraised the students for their active participation in the event organized by the Department. A brief introduction to the workshop was further given by Prof. Hiren Mer.

  • Cybersecurity do’s and don’ts
  • Tips for cyber safety 
  • Vivek Joshi, Assistant Professor, Raksha Shakti University, had conducted a session on
  • Cyber Security,
  • Social Engineering,
  • Digital Forensics,
  • Fake News Detection.
