Rushiraj Barot Shoots Gold to make Indus & India Proud

Indus University extends its felicitation to one of its outstanding performing students Mr. Rushiraj Barot from Civil Engineering branch for getting Gold medal in Shooting at ISSF Junior World Cup in Gabala, Azerbajjan on Tuesday 20^th September 2016.  Rushiraj shot a score of 25 in the finals to win the top place, pushing Czech Republic’s Lukas Skoumal (23) for the silver and Australia’s Sergei Evglevski (20) for the bronze. Rushiraj’s medal helped India maintain the second spot with six gold and overall tally of 18 medals, behind Russia’s 10 gold and 21 total medals. The Ahmedabad-born shooter has been a consistent performer who this time has won Gold in the World Championship to make Indus fraternity and India proud.
