Aakash Gajjar, an alumnus of the Automobile Engineering department 2011 batch has opened a cafe called Robotic Cafe which is a fully machinery-based cafe where food is served by robots.

He currently holds the position of Managing Director in Penguin Innovative Engineering PVT LTD and his company is predisposed to inventions and making a difference in the field of technology. Penguin Innovative Engineering Pvt . Ltd has received Best Quality Product and Best New Innovative Product in 2022 by Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Bhupendra Patel. Throughout its development and expansion, he has received high accolades from government officials.

Being a tech enthusiast, he has proved his excellence by providing food automatic solutions like Automatic pani puri machine , Automatic mukwas machine, Automatic sauce dispenser, Automatic tea-coffee maker.
