Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, IITE, Indus University has organized a webinar on 17/7/2020 | 6:30 PM IST entitled “CMOS-Memristor Nano electronics Circuits and Systems” by renowned Prof. Dr. Sung Mo Kang who is a Professor, Scientist, Researcher, Innovator and Author. Prof. Kang was the former Chancellor of University of California, former president of KAIST, Korea, He led development of first 32-bit full bit CMOS Microprocessor chips at AT & T Bell Laboratories.
It was an honour for the department to host a webinar by such a renowned speaker, we received 600+ registration from Academic and Industry fraternity across india. Opening Remarks for the session was delivered by Director-IITE Dr-Ing Anupam Kumar Singh followed by the session by Dr. Kang. The webinar highlighted various aspects of CMOS design for Neuromorphic computing used for the applications of machine learning, pattern recognition and other applications. The webinar was moderated by Dr. Vrushank and co-ordinated by Asst. Professor Miloni Ganatra and Asst. Professor Ankur Changela.
