As per govt of India, India will have almost 34 crores people with more then 60 years of age by year 2050 that would be more than the total population of the United States. So the demand for senior citizen facility will be going to boost the market in near future.
Keeping this perspective at center Civil Engineering Department, IITE had organized webinar on “Senior Citizen Housing- During & After Covid-19” on 18th July, 2020 during 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The key note session was delivered by Dr. Jigar Pandya (Guest faculty-IU) followed by panel discussion. There were total five panel members, from five different states and profession as mentioned below,
