Professor Rahul Patel and professor Akshay Shah carried out a workshop on ‘Modeling in NX Design Software’ in the CAD lab of Mechanical department on 7th and 8th March 2019. It intended to provide an in-depth understanding of NX CAD and its capabilities for conceptual design, and 3D design documentation. Further, it aimed to educate the participants about the most comprehensive modeling techniques like solid modeling, and parametric design with the practice of all commands. Students relished the entire process of learning through practice.
