The Women Development Cell, Indus University has arranged an expert talk on “Health is Wealth” on 19th December,2020. Dr. Chirag Shah, a well known Gastroenterologist in Ahmedabad was invited as an expert for this talk. Approximately 40 participants have attended this expert talk. An Expert has discussed the importance of exercise, food to be avoided for a healthy lifestyle, reasons for Hyper acidity , Gastritis and constipation etc. After the talk, participants asked various questions related to hemoglobin, covid-19 post effect on GI system , importance of vitamins and dietary supplements in children etc. Overall it was a very interesting and informative session on the importance of Healthy lifestyle.
