The fashion design programme at IDS prepares you for both Indian and international fashion scenarios in the apparel segment, across genders and age groups. The curriculum aims at developing the ability to conceptualize, design and construct while acquainting students to an array of resources and manufacturing processes, to create globally accepted yet responsible fashion. In this process, students explore the rich heritage of indigenous textiles, fabrics and craftsmanship of India and the emphasis it has in the international market. The programme is structured for maximum collaboration with the industry through master classes and studio visits.
